About Us

Support the Island you love – Elbow Cay! Restore Hope Foundation has been busy since it was established in late 2019. At the very beginning, we assisted with massive clearance of debris left in the wake of the hurricane and re-powering Elbow Cay. We then rebuilt the island clinic, the public restrooms and library. We funded and oversaw removal of 25 abandoned boats fouling our creeks and mangroves and removed some on land or in trees. We re-landscaped blighted
areas and supported myriad initiatives including the Museum, Community Centre, School and Lighthouse restoration programs. We continue to support the return of small businesses, debris clearance, replanting, and further community building projects. We have zero administrative overhead – no consultants or advisers. We have an island wide agenda to restore and improve. Every dollar is put to use on restoration. We have charitable status – gifting is tax efficient.
